The government of India has been too aggressive to promote electric vehicles in order to faster campaign of EVs. There are many challenges to establish electric vehicles' charging stations. EV manufacturers face with attracting buyers. The main challenge is the lack of adequate infrastructure. The number of electric vehicles rises exponentially. Although the EV charging infrastructure in the country is so limited that there would be a havoc .However this also presents a good business opportunity. A man who wants to establish EV charging station, can simply launch an EV charging station and get high returns as electric vehicles become increasingly main stream. But everyone is puzzled for the cost of electric vehicles charging station setup. Now we discuss it below

There is a sudden need for EV Charging Stations in India. Why?

  1. AC Charging Station (3.3 kW) - This type of charger can take around 6-8 hours to fully charge a vehicle, and the cost can range from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000.

  2. AC Fast Charging Station (7.2 kW) - This type of charger can take around 3-4 hours to fully charge a vehicle, and the cost can range from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000.
